How do projects begin?
Every project begins with a conversation.
An initial consultation allows us to understand your business, your goals and what you’re looking to achieve — and to determine whether we’re the right fit for each other.
From there, we move into a clear brief, followed by scope, direction and a tailored proposal.
Nothing is templated or rushed — each engagement is shaped with intention.
What is a creative brief?
A creative brief is a simple document that outlines your business, your goals and what you’re looking to achieve.
It doesn’t need to be perfect — just clear enough to begin. If you’re unsure where to start, we’ll guide you through it. Clarity is something we build together.
What about fees & payment structure?
Project fees are determined once the brief and scope are clearly defined. Work is structured in phases, with clear milestones and staged payments.
For more focused engagements, day and weekly rates are also available.
Do you offer retainers?
Yes — ongoing partnerships are a core part of the practice.
Retainers are ideal for brands that are evolving, supporting consistency, clarity and long-term development over time.
Can you guide us through timelines?
Each project moves at a considered pace. Clarity takes time — and that time is built into how we work.
Some projects move quickly. Others require space to explore, test and refine.
Once a proposal is approved, we provide a clear timeline outlining phases, milestones and responsibilities — keeping everything structured and aligned.
Where are you based?
We’re based in Rosebery, Sydney, and welcome in-person collaboration where possible.
We also work seamlessly with clients across Australia and internationally.
Who do you work best with?
We work best with people who care deeply about what they’re building.
